Shirley A Payne

Shirley Ann Payne, age 71, of South Knoxville, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and caretaker, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 11, 2017. She was a member of the former Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William S. and Georgia Mae Major; mother, Laura Elizabeth Willis; father and mother- in law, Lilburn and Mary Jo Payne; sister, Vicki Vrban; brother, Mike Johnson and loving husband of 53 years, Jack Arnold Payne. Shirley is survived by her daughter, Angela Payne and fiancé Don Clarahan; daughter, Michelle Taft, and husband, Gary; granddaughter, Ashley Costerisan and husband Nathan; grandson, Riley Taft; great- grandsons, Maddox Fream, Walker Boudreau and Finn Costerisan; sister, Kathy Hastings and husband Vern; sister- in- law, Linda Pittman, and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway.
