Shirley Joe Mullins, age 82 of Knoxville passed away, May 31. 2017 at Halifax Health and Hospice in Florida. She was from the Marble City Community. Shirley was a loving mother and wife. Preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Moon Mullins; brother, Jack Smith; parents, Willard and Anna Smith. She is survived by her sons, Billy Mullins (Yvonne) and Joe Mullins; daughter, Chris Mullins; grandchildren, Jessica (Nick) Jones, Erica Mullins, Tyler Mullins, Haley Mullins, Cody Mullins, R.J. Brooks and Brody Brooks; special niece, Teresa Olmstead. Family will receive friends Wednesday in Weaver's Chapel from 5:00-7:00 pm with service to follow at 7:00 pm. Family and friends will meet at Weaver Funeral Home at 11:00 am Thursday to go in procession to Highland Memorial Cemetery for a 12:00 pm interment.
