Shirley Brown

Shirley Brown, “Mama Shirley,” born July 16, 1937, entered into the arms of Jesus on March 3, 2016. This precious saint is preceded in death by her mother Alma Nelson, and her grandmother Lena Rose Minnich, her former spouse, Edward J. Brown. Survived by her children: Henry Brown and wife Susan, daughter Julie Fryar and husband Ken, and daughter Shirley Rose Brown; grandchildren: Hank and Sheena Brown, David and Elise Brown, Josh and Ashley Brown, Beth and B.J. Lowery, Cory and Nicole Fryar, Cody and Jessie Fryar and Jazzlynn Hooper; 14 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. This loving saint of God will be greatly missed by her church family at Victory Baptist Church. The Brown family will receive family and friends on Saturday, March 5, from 5pm to 7pm, with funeral services following at 7pm in the Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Jack W.
