HARTMAN, SHARON LEE ROSE - age 72, of Kingsport, Tennessee, formerly of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014, at the Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. Mrs. Hartman was the daughter of the late Harold E. and Agnes Doris Rose. She was a member of Solway United Methodist Church in Knoxville and had previously worked for Arcata Graphics as a Proof Reader. Mrs. Hartman loved her family dearly and enjoyed traveling. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Edward Lynn Hartman in 2012. Survivors include her sons: Robert Hartman (Lawney) and Keith Hartman (Lisa); grandchildren: Maggie Tipton (Adam), Michael Vannoy (Amber), Mari Beth and MaLaura Vannoy; great granddaughter, Aubrey Tipton; brother, Harold Rose, Jr.; sisters: Sandra Hartman and Pat Blake; sisters-in-law: Judy Hartman, Sharon Mitchell (Ted), Mary Riley, Becky Dahl (Bill) and Julia Hartman; brother-in-law, Boyd Hartman (Ann), along with several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, from 5:00 pm. until 7:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home in Kingsport. They will also receive friends on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Weaver Funeral Home, Knoxville. The celebration of life service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Eddie Click, officiating. Burial will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in Oak Ridge Memorial Park. Everyone is asked to assemble at the cemetery by 10:45 a.m. for the service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
