Ruby Allon Kearney

Ruby was preceded in death by Elbert Kearney, her beloved husband of 57 years, mother Pauline Todd, father Hurstel Henry, step mother Georgia Young, brothers Quentin and Linton Henry, sisters Arphie Henry, Ada Pickens, and Vernia Gibson, and half-brothers Fisher and Douglas Henry.

Ruby is survived by son Delana (Dee) Kearney, daughter Mildred (Millie) Murphy, grandson Brian Covington, half-sisters Eunice Henry, Syble Stringfield, Velma Purser, and half-brothers Winfred, Dolphus, and Ledford Henry plus many nieces and nephews. Ruby was a member for many years at West Haven Baptist Church. Family will receive friends Friday, November 14, 2014 from 5-7 pm at West Haven Baptist Church with service to follow at 7 pm. Rev. Gary Smith officiating. Interment Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 1pm in Bell’s Campground Cemetery located at 7816 Bell Campground Road, Powell.
