Robin Dale Ackerman

Ackerman, Dale, age 59 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at his home. He attended Grace Community Church, and retired from the US Postal Service after 27 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father, Thurman Ackerman. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Gail Ackerman, sons Gary Dale Ackerman and Bobby Lee Ackerman, and step-daughter Stacy Pendleton. The family will receive friends on Sunday November 16th from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7:00pm at Berry Highland West Funeral Home, Pastor Chris Riser officiating. Family and friends will meet on Monday at 12:45 for a graveside service to begin at 1:00 at Berry Highland West Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at highlandwestknoxville.com.
