Robert Lee Nipper

NIPPER, ROBERT LEE – age 76 of the Karns Community passed away February 12, 2012 at U.T. Medical Center. Preceded in death by his parents, James Henry and Elizabeth Iva Lee Nipper, brother, J.D., and step-son Jack Shelton, whom he raised. Employee of Waste Management and former employee of Waste Connections. Survived by wife Nellie Sue (Tootsie) Nipper, daughter and special son-in-law Carolyn and Alvin Austin, special grand dog Shellie, sisters; Maxine Williams, Bernice Haun, Patsy Tipton (Eddie), Glenda Wells (Tom), brothers; Ronnie Nipper, Oscar Nipper (Donna), Perry Nipper (Mary Jean), and Ray Nipper of Florida, special sisters-in-law and spouse, Marie and Donnie Sharp and Patsy Campbell. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 pm at Weavers with a chapel service to follow at 8 pm. Rev. Jim Shelton officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:15 pm Wednesday at Weaver to proceed to Oak Ridge Memorial Park for a 2 pm interment.
