Hale, R. Byron “Mr. B,” 68, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at Fort Sanders. He was a life-long contractor and car enthusiast. Survivors include: wife, Cherie; daughter, Laura Conyers; son, Dr. Greg Blackmon; several grandchildren; brothers, Bill & Bruce Hale; sister, Barbara Brooks; several nieces and nephews.
