Bud was born July 21, 1934 to Luther R. and Bonnie (Foust) Rose in Mascot, Tennessee. He was one of four children. Bud retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratories after 28 years of service as a millwright. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite. His family and dogs were his first love, but bass fishing was a close second. He loved to tournament fish and was a member of many different clubs over the years. He enjoyed traveling to many lakes in the south to fish.
Bud is preceded in death by his first wife, Eula and beloved son, Tony. He is survived by his wife, Carol Lynn Rose; daughter, Pam Keith; daughter-in-law, Dana Rose; grandsons, Jason Keith (Jenny), Eric Keith and Travis Rose.
A visitation will be held for Bud on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 3-5pm with a funeral service to follow at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home.
