Penelope "Penny" (Shell) Bradshaw

Penelope "Penny" S. Bradshaw, age 83, of Seymour, Tennessee, was born March 21, 1940 in Montgomery, Alabama. Her faith as a Jehovah Witness was strong and unwavering. She loved going to the services and fellowshipping with her brothers and sisters in faith. She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing. She loved telling and hearing jokes. She loved having her clothes and jewelry match and she would pick each piece exactly to color. She had a green thumb and loved plants and flowers especially yellow ones.

She is preceded in death by her husband; of 55 years, Billy Bradshaw; parents, Jackson T. and Lottie Ruth Shell; sister Debra Thompson; brother, David Shell and sister-in-law Kay Shell.

She is survived by her 5 children, Melanie (Travis) Parton, Amelia (Greg) Carter, Pamela Smith, Joel Bradshaw and Bethany (Tim) Baker; 6 grandchildren, Raigan Smith, Madison Coffey, Rachel Williams, Leah Dunlap, Emily Rudd and Samantha Hodnett; 6 great grandchildren, Skylar, Boone, Ozzy, Nellie, Blake and Jack and another one due June 2024; brothers, Jack Shell and Randall (Juanita) Shell; and several nieces and nephews.
