Pamela Susan Witt Douglas

Pamela Susan Witt Douglas, age 67, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017 at her home. She graduated from Holston High School, class of ’68. Pam was a woman of strength with a tenacious spirit of independence. She loved serving her community and did so for as long as she was able. A loving mother, grandmother, and aunt, she will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by parents James “Ted” and Helen Witt. Survived by children Tim Johnson (wife Tammy), Teresa Olson (husband Chris), John Thomas “Bo” Douglas, Jr., and Joshua Douglas (wife Jennifer), as well as, several grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, sister Teresa “Terri” Hays, and special nieces and nephew. Very special thanks to UT Hospice nurses, and especially to loving CNA Michelle; and also, to special friend and neighbor Sharon Davis. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm Saturday at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with memorial service to follow at 2pm.
