Noah Edward “Jr.” Welch, age 90 of Powell, passed away March 25, 2025. He was a master fixer of anything and everything. He was a friend to everyone and always helping someone. He loved to sit in the swing and watch the ducks.
Preceded in death by wife of 69 years, Dorothy Welch; parents, Noah and Jinny Welch; children, Debbie and husband Greg, Eddie and Steve.
Survived by grandchildren, Vanishia (Kenny) Ferrell, Gregory, Chrissy, and Danielle; great grandchildren, Trestin, Tyler, Alexis, Noah, Amber and Kirsten.
Family will receive friends Sunday from 1-2 pm at Weaver’s Chapel with the service to follow at 2 pm. Family and friends will meet Monday at 2:45pm at Greenwood Cemetery for a 3 pm interment.
