Michael Bruce Blevins

Michael Bruce Blevins, age 55 of South Knoxville, passed away September 26, 2015. Michael was a generous and loving husband and father. He was an avid fisherman and golfer. His dry sense of humor always left people wondering. Michael was a graduate of South Young High School. He was certified and worked as a technician in heating and air and was promoted into sales where he has worked the last 20 years for Maintenance Technologies, Inc. Michael is preceded in death by parents, Paul and Hedi Blevins. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Denise Blevins; daughter, Emily Cochran (Eric); brothers and sisters, Carol Tesar, Cary Blevins (Lauri), Mark Blevins (Jane), Maria Walsh, Marty Blevins; grandson, Eli; several nieces and nephews. His best buddies were Dakota and Ida. Family will receive friends Thursday, October 1, 2015, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway with a memorial service to follow at 7:00 pm.
