Marian Francis West

WEST, MARIAN CHANDLER – age 72 of Powell was reunited with her husband in Heaven on his birthday, February 25, 2014. Marian was a faithful member, piano player and proud choir member of, Church of God Union Assembly who sang and played for the glory of God. Preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Bert West; Father Fred and Mother Francis Chandler; brother, B.L. Chandler; sister, Janice Moore; grandson, Mitch Dodson. Survived by son, Martin West (Sherry); daughters, Kim West, Renee Terry (Chas); granddaughters, Alicia Newhouse (Mark), Kayla Ragsdale (Zack), Martina Sturgill (R.K.), Whitney Lawson (Sam); grandsons, C.J. and Skylar Terry; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Larry, Steve, Freddie, Mike and Tony Chandler; sister, Susan Chandler and will be greatly missed by sisters and best friends, Rosie Jenkins and Sandra Green. Visitation will be held at Weaver Funeral Home, Friday from 5-8 pm. Family and friends will meet at Church of God Union Assembly on Saturday for a 1 pm church service.
