Lucy Edna Jones

Jones, Lucy Edna age 73 of Knoxville, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at her home. She was a long time member of Temple Baptist Church of Powell where she enjoyed working with the 4yr old 2nd hour class. Preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Oda Cromer and brother Louie Wayne Cromer. Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years Lowell Jones, children Russell Wayne Jones, Sr. and wife Debora, Paula Lynn Calloway and husband Patrick Michael, Sr. and Steven Lowell Jones, Sr. and wife Barbara, 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sister Ora Lena Davidson and a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church, Powell, Bus Ministry. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:30-7pm at Temple Baptist Church, Powell. A funeral service will follow at 7pm with Dr. Clarence Sexton officiating. Family and friends will meet Thursday at 11:45am for a 12pm interment service at Lynnhurst Cemetery.
