Larry Watters, age 66 of Jacksboro, TN formerly of Oneida, passed away at his home in Jacksboro on January 22, 2022. Larry lived life to the fullest. There was never a dull moment. He was currently the owner and operator of Around the Bin in Jacksboro. Larry loved his community and all his customers. He is survived by his wife, Donna Gaye Watters; sons, Doug Watters, Jen Watters, and Preston Phillips; daughters, Andi King and Jaylyn Watters; several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many family and friends who loved him dearly. Larry’s wishes were to have a Celebration of Life on his birthday, March 12, 2022 at 12:00pm at Covenant Life Church, 151 Sycamore Place, Clinton, TN 37716. Berry Highland West in Knoxville, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
