Larry Freels Green, age 83, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023. Larry was employed at Rhom-Haas for 30 years. He was a life-long deacon at Beach Grove Baptist Church. Larry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a passionate gardener and farmer, along with his brothers.
Larry is preceded in death by his wife, Lurine; brothers, James Green, Stanley Green. He will be greatly missed by his sons, Scott and Jerry Green; beloved daughter, LeAnn Beckham (Buddy); grandchildren, Malia Drake, Blake White, McKenzie Green, Ashley Beckham, Brooklyn Green, Julia Glasgow; great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ava, Alivia, Asa Wyatt, Atticus,Brody, Baylor, Kinsley and Lyla; nephew, Mark Green; brother, Sherman Green.
A visitation will be held for Larry on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 5-7pm with a funeral service to follow. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 11am at the Pavilion at Whispering Waters inside Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
