Kenneth Kelly Webb

Kenneth Kelly Webb, age 81, of Knoxville, TN, formerly of Morristown, TN passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022. Kelly was born in Lake City, TN on March 20, 1941 to Eva and Kenneth Kelly Sr. He attended school in Lake City, TN and graduated from East Tennessee State University. Kelly retired as supervisor after 34 years from the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole. He was an avid bird hunter and fisherman.

Kelly was preceded in passing by his parents and his nephew, Michael Webb. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 36 years Wilma Webb; son, Scott (Joy) Webb of Los Angeles, CA; step-son, Jeffrey (Kelley)Haley, of Nashville, TN; brother, Larry (Becky) Webb; sister, Vicki (Stan) Stagnolia; grandchildren; Gabby Webb, Chase and Beth Haley, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

The family will honor Kelly with services at Berry Highland West Funeral Home on Thursday, December 22, 2022 with a visitation from 1:00pm to 2:00pm and funeral service at 2:00pm a committal service will follow at Berry Highland West Cemetery, services will be officiated by Martin Fannin, Jim Meredith, and Joseph Marcinelli.
