Kenneth James Clevenger, Jr., age 71, passed away peacefully October 7, 2018 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was born in Newport, Tennessee on November 11, 1946, but lived in Knoxville most of his life. He was retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation and attended New Victory Baptist Church. He enjoyed riding his Harley, restoring classic cars and fellowship with his family and friends. You could always count on Kenny to bring laughter to everyone he was around. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Clevenger, Sr.; mother, Mira (Billy) Conley and his brother, Ralph Clevenger. Kenny is survived by his son, Jimmy Arthur; sister, Joyce French; brother, Daniel (Penny) Clevenger and many nieces and nephews. Kenny was a reliable and dependable friend and will be missed by many people that he has helped out through his life. The family will receive family and friends at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Friday, October 12, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
