Kenneth Edward Brown, Sr., 90, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 23, 2018. Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was of the Methodist Faith and was a loving father and grandfather.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Lee Brown; his parents; four brothers and two sisters; son, Douglas R. Brown; and grandson Matthew Brown.
He is survived by his sons Kenny and Greg Brown; grandchildren, Latisha and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Erin, Ericka, Alley and Austin.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 pm at Bethel United Methodist Church, 2004 Amherst Rd Knoxville, TN 37921. Burial will take place on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 10:00 am in Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of Kenneth to Bethel United Methodist Church, 2004 Amherst Rd Knoxville, TN 37921.
