Karen “Karie” Elizabeth Davis, age 58, of Knoxville, Tennessee, went on to Glory on Monday, March 24, 2025 surrounded by her family. Karen was born on February 9, 1967 to Tommy and Francis Henderson Davis. She was a long-time member of Foster Chapel Baptist Church where, over the years, she served as Deaconess, Sunday School Teacher, Vacation Bible School, Children’s Moments, member of Sisters and Friends, and Girl Scout Troop No. 910 Leader. She’s a graduate of Holston High School Class of 1985 and Pellissippi State Community College. Karen was an avid bowler, and traveler with an incredibly unforgettable laugh that charmed many. She was employed at Whirlpool Corporation for 32 years.
She is preceded in death by parents, Tommy and Francis Henderson Davis; and brother, Timothy Davis. She is survived by sisters, Ynese Davis, Mary Davis, and Toletha Davis; Nieces, Dominique Davis, Allie Nicholson, Chrishane (Carlos) Mahone and Nephew, Tilmer "TJ" Johnson; great-nephews/nieces, Jarius, Silas, Brooklyn, Terraruice, Tilmias, Tilmya, Treylen, Taysia, Emory, Jhoniya, and Michael "Bubba", great-great niece/nephew Adelina and Jonah; and special friend, Tiffany Hearn as well as a host of family members including cousins, friends, and co-workers that will miss her dearly.
