THOMPSON, JUSTIN ROGER – age 34 of Oak Ridge, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015. He was a 1999 graduate of Oak Ridge High School. Justin will be remembered by many for his loving, sensitive manner and his great sense of humor. Preceded in death by grandparents, Clarence and Omelta Thompson and grandmother, Nella S. Myers. Survived by his mother, Candis Thompson; father, Roger and wife Cathy Thompson; sister, Julie Thompson; step brother, John Hale; grandfather, Brooks A. Broome and wife Peggy, several aunts, uncles and cousins; special companion, his dog, Sweet Pea. Visitation will be from 1-3 pm Saturday in Weaver’s chapel with a memorial service to follow at 3 pm.
