Miller, Joan B. -73 of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Mercy Hospital. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Billy John Miller; parents, Verdie and Naoma Beaty; brother, Billy Beaty. Joan is survived by son and daughter-in-law David and Mary Miller; granddaughter, Mallory Miller, who Joan treasured deeply; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Betty and Roy McNeil, Sue and Monty Willis and Jonnie and Tex Moles. 2 brothers, Jerry and Danny Beaty and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway from 5:00-7:00pm. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery Thursday, April 1, 2010 for a 1:00 o’clock graveside service with David E. Gregg officiating.
