He is preceded in death by father, Clair R. Hall; sister, Julianne Y. Hall; son, Patrick D. Space; grandparents, Raymond and Margaret Frost, Clair H. and Leota Hall. He is survived by his daughters, Carla Hall and Andrea Kelly. He is also survived by mother, Nancy E. Hall; brother, Keith L. Hall and his wife Tara Hall; sister, Patricia Haley; three grandchildren, Alyssa Kelly, Matthew Booker, and Abby Space; five nieces and nephews, Sara and Mary Hall, Jacqueline Baxter, Cody and Chase Haley.
A visitation for Jeff will be held Friday, December 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Berry Highland West, 9913 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37932, followed by a memorial service at 6:00 PM.
