Janice Darlene Hankins

Janice Darlene Hankins, age 71 of Knoxville, passed away at her home on June 14, 2024. She was a strong, witty, and independent woman. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Founding member of Victory Baptist church. She loved the Lord. Janice retired from H. Steven Silver Gastroenterologist Office but before her retirement, she had worked several years at Pigeon Forge Medical Clinic. Preceded in death by her husband, Ray Loveday; parents, John and Trula Hankins; brothers, Ronnie, Jerry, Bob, and John Hankins; sister, Mary Ann Turner; brothers-in-law Rev. Don Turner and Jerry Rogers; niece, Mimi Dawn Turner; and nephews, Donald Wayne Turner, II, John Hankins, special nephew, Tim Via. Survived by her daughter, April Loveday; grandchildren, Kensley Mae (Micah) Franklin; sister, Judy Rogers; sisters-in-law, Liz Hankins, Betty Hankins, and several nieces and nephews.
