Hubert Eugene McClure

Hubert Eugene McClure, age 63, of Knoxville, passed away at his home on Friday, January 29, 2016, surrounded by his family and close friends. Born April 15, 1952, in Morristown TN. Hubert was a member of Halls Baptist Church and Sharon Baptist Church. He was employed by Sea Ray Boats for 25 years. He loved working around the house and doing jobs that required his handy-man expertise. He loved the Lord, his family, his friends and he never met a stranger. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by his father Boyd McClure Sr. Survived by his wife of 24 years, Pamela Hill McClure; son, Joshua McClure; daughter, Whitney Holbrook Henderson and husband Anthony; Grandsons, Sawyer, Waylon, Silas, Mason Henderson; mother, Myrtle McClure; brother, Boyd McClure Jr.; sisters, Martha (Cecil) Humphries, Wanda (Earl) Scates, Teresa Tuck; mother and father-in-law, Doris and Jerry Richardson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Fran and Keith Burroughs, Leslie and Jeff Graves, many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:30 PM Monday, February 1, 2016, with funeral service to follow at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with Pastor Timothy Gupton officiating, 2300 W. Adair Drive, Knoxville, TN 37918. Graveside service will be Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Greenwood Cemetery, 3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918.
