Helen Louise Ridenour, age 72, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away peacefully on Friday, October 11, 2024, at Ft. Sanders Hospital. She was a member of North Lonsdale Church of God. Helen was employed by Sears West Town for many years and later retired from Shannondale Nursing Home after several years.
Preceded in death by parents, Fletcher and Josie Ridenour; siblings, JC, Wayne, Ed, Ronald, and Johnny.
Survived by sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and David Bailey; brother, Fletcher Eugene Ridenour and wife Vivian; sisters-in-law, Geri Ridenour and Coleen Ridenour; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2024 with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home at 2300 W. Adair Dr. Knoxville, TN 37918. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Lynnhurst Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
