Harry Leslie Moseley, beloved husband of Rosalind (Rose) Moseley, passed away suddenly May 22nd. A native Texan, Harry was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and graduated from Ysleta High School where he played baseball and football. He went on to graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He was honored to have been chosen as one of the twenty-six engineers throughout the United States to supervise the construction of the Lem Module for the Apollo Missile in Las Cruces, New Mexico-a three year project. Having completed this, he returned to El Paso to be Director of the Engineering Department for El Paso Natural Gas Company until the opportunity arose to head the Nuclear Standards Technical Writing Staff for Oak Ridge National Laboratory where he worked until his retirement. Harry was a member of both Texas and Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Texas and Tennessee Sections, and a member of Central Baptist Church Bearden.
