Gail S. Carter

Carter, Gail Greene 70 of Knoxville, TN went to her Heavenly Home Saturday, November 21, 2020. She was an active member of Dante Church of God and enjoyed her work with Life Recovery. Gail was family focused and enjoyed having all her loved ones around her including her church family.

She was preceded in death by husband, Donnie Greene; mother, Omega Gross; siblings, J.C., Marlie, Darrell, Popeye, Duker, Ruth, Glenda; daughter in love, Michelle Greene. Gail is survived by loving husband, Dennis Carter; children, Joyce (Donald) Holland, Belinda (Thomas) Alley, Crystal Barker, Donnie Barker, Amanda Barker; daughter in love, Misty Carr; step daughters, Amy Gibson and Lisa Hughes; grandchildren, Cody Trent, Emily Holland, Kaitlyn Trent, Hannah McFalls, Gracie Holland; siblings, Mavis, Reva, Fredia, Janice; many special nieces and nephews in Harlan, KY.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, November 24th at Dante Church of God 414 Dante School House Road Knoxville, TN 37918 from 5-7pm with funeral service following at 7pm. Rev. David Snyder officiating. Burial will take place Wednesday, November 25th meeting at Lynnhurst Cemetery at 10:45am for an 11am service.
