Rev. Frederick Marshall Long

Rev. Frederick Marshall Long, age 68, of South Knoxville, passed away at his home Monday, January 25, 2016. He attended All Nations Church and was a long time employee of Star Construction Company. He was very well loved by all who knew him. Fred was preceded in death by sons, Rex Marshall Long and William Henry Long; parents William Andrew and Lillian Mae Long; brothers, Clyde Lonnel (Pete) Long; Everette Ray Long; and sister, Trula Jane Wright. He is survived by his son, Greg Darnell Long; daughter, Alisha Ilene Long; grandchildren: William Xavier, Jasmine Dawn, Hailey Nicole Long; Tyler Andrew Brill; Trinity Ilene, Cassie Monay Long; Zoey Brook Lichliter; sisters, Mickie Lauderdale and boyfriend, Ron Smith; Carolyn Hahn and husband Robert Pruitt; Linda Perry; brother, Curtis Long and wife, Angela; fiancé Debra Franklin and daughter, Sarah; ex-wives, Tawana Ilene Long and Rickie Heifner. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 29, 2016 at All Nations Church, 123 W. Columbia Street in Knoxville from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM, Rev. Bobby Corum officiating. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Curtis Long, Charles Johnson, Ron Smith, Shane Lauderdale, Cody Lauderdale, Horace Kennedy, Steven Shular, and Joseph Keel.
