Fred D. McDaniel age 79 of Knoxville, passed away October 15, 2022 at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was an excavator. Preceded in death by his daughter, Allison Hamby; son, Darnell McDaniel; parents, Robert and Anna McDaniel. Survived by grandchildren, Jessie, Karry and Maggie; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister, Jackie; many nieces and nephews and his angels, Jake and Katrina, Sandy and Mary Nell and Valerie and Cricket. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Tuesday at Weaver’s Chapel with the service to follow at 7 pm. Rev. David Houser officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Wednesday at Edgewood Cemetery for an 11 am interment.
