Fred David Lawhorn, age 80, of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018. He attended Wings of Faith Church and was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a retired truck driver, most recently working for Backflow Specialist. Preceded in death by parents, David and Ruby Lawhorn.
He is survived by wife, Carolyn Riddle Lawhorn; children, Jeff and wife Dru, and Aaron Lawhorn; step-children, Melissa, Donald and wife Amanda, and Brandi; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Annette Prince and Ginny Stinnett; brother, Robert Lawhorn.
The family will receive friends Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 2 – 4 pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Monday at Greenwood Cemetery for the graveside service at 11 am. Condolences may be offered at www.berrylynnhurst.com
