Frankie Lee Pendleton, age 88, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023. She was a member of Crossroads Apostolic Church in Halls. She was retired from Walmart after 20 years service. Preceded in death by husband, Charles H. Pendleton; parents, Robert and Carrie McGill; and several siblings.
Survived by daughters, Beverly Veit (Michael), and Sheila Durham (Joe); Grandchildren, Jennifer Malonjao (Phillip), Travis Pendleton, Robert Longmire (Omi), Rachael Longmire, and Nikki, Derrick and Kimberly Pendleton; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Georgia West (Bill); brothers, Junior McGill (Sandra), Billy McGill (Jayne); and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 pm Tuesday with the funeral service to follow at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Drive, Knoxville, TN 37918. Rev. Andy Hosack will officiate. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm Wednesday at Greenwood Cemetery for the 1 pm graveside service.
