Frank R Phelps

Frank R. Phelps, age 67, of Seymour, went to be with the Lord Friday, November 6, 2015. He worked for American Limestone. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Opal Phelps and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alvin and Sally Conner. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 49 years, Pat Phelps; sons and daughters-in-law: Robbie and Amy; Jason and Melissa; Jonathan and Ashley; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandy and Neil Berrier; Cynthia and David Knight; grandchildren: Chelsea and Steven Hanson; Brian and Taylor Knight; Brooke, Boston, Noah, Nathan, Taylor, Madison, Jenna, and MaKenna; great-grandchildren: Kingston, Levi, Kyleigh; 2 sisters, and 1 brother. Family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM, Rev. David Knight officiating. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday to go in procession to Chilhowee Cemetery for a 2:00 PM interment service.
