Erika P. Duncan

Duncan, Erika (Rikki) - age 73 of Knoxville, entered her heavenly home Friday, August 22, 2014. She was an active member of Rocky Hill Baptist Church for over 40 years. She loved her church family. She was a gifted artist and seamstress and especially enjoyed china painting with her dear friend, Katherine Van Fleet. Preceded in death by: parents Aloisia and Wilhelm Staudenmaier, sister Klara Fuchs, brother Ernst Staudenmaier all of Germany, grandson Joseph Duncan, her first husband Harold (Pete) Wise, and her brother and sister in law Jerry and Louise Wise. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Raymond Duncan, step children Don (Julie) Duncan, Debra (Ed) Norris, Sherri (Bill) Henegar and two grandchildren. sisters in law (and love) Doris Wise (Frank) Adragna and Louella Lively, sister Elizabeth (Rolf) Deuringer of Germany, granddaughter by heart Julie (Chad) Davis of Crossville, TN, several nieces, nephews and many, many dear friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 30 from 12:00-1:00 at Rocky Hill Baptist Church, followed by a Celebration of life service officiated by Rev. Scott Whaley and Rev. Don Wilson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rocky Hill Baptist Church, 7409 S Northshore Dr., Knoxville, TN 37919 in memory of Erika Duncan.
