Hickman, Elmer R, age 83 of Franklin Tennessee, formerly of Knoxville, passed away on Jan 29, 2015. Mr. Hickman was a member of the American Legion and a Korean War Veteran. He retired from Fisher Body Plant in Marion Indiana after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by wife Lorene Hickman. He is survived by his daughters Janet Ledbetter, and Janis and husband Jeff Chrissikos, ten grandchildren and five siblings along with numerous family and friends. Family will receive friends at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home on Saturday Feb 7, 2015 from 12 -2 pm with Funeral to follow at 2 and immediately proceed in procession to Asbury Cemetery for Interment service.
