Preceded in death by her husband, Ted T. Alley; and mother, Amy Hale.
Survived by her son, Jim Alley (Charla 2020); her daughter, Karen Rogers (Donny); Grandchildren, Amy Parker (Brannon), Trent Baker (Hannah); great-grandchildren, Emmarie Grace & Grayson James Parker. She was blessed with many loving friends.
A special thanks to her devoted caregivers for the love and care they gave, they were her angels on Earth, Betty Kanipe and Joyce Latham, as well as UT Hospice and her neurologist, Timothy Braden, M.D.
She was a member of Beulah United Methodist Church, and retired from East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Bettye loved working in her flowers and writing poetry.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 - 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Beulah United Methodist Church, with a funeral service to follow at 3:00, Pastor Gery Dingman and Dennis Ford officiating. Interment to follow the funeral service at Beulah United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Donny Rogers, Trent Baker, and Brannon Parker. Honorary Pallbearers: Sons of God MC, Maryville Chapter.
