Edward Lee Tallman

TALLMAN, EDWARD LEE – age 82 passed away August 25, 2011. Ed was a member of West Haven Baptist Church, a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 2 Knoxville and co-owner and operator of Tallman Produce and Trucking Transport for many years. Preceded in death by his loving wife of sixty-one years, Ethel Ballard Tallman; son, Dan Tallman; parents, Jess and Fern Tallman. Survived by son, Mike Tallman (Sandra); daughter, Judy Loveday (Marty); sister, Jessie Ludwig (Floyd) and brother Charles Tallman grandchildren, Chris Tallman (Amanda); Kristy Tallman; Kim Buffington (Tony); Alex, Brent, and Brett Loveday; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1-3:30 pm Sunday at Weaver Funeral Home. Family and friends will proceed to Highland Memorial Cemetery for a 4:00 pm interment. Rev. Ron McConnell officiating.
