Edward Mickey Mitchell Evans

Evans, Edward “Mickey”, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 15th, 2012. He loved his family and church members. Mickey was a member of Holston Baptist Church where he served his church family as coordinator of the fellowship hall and church wide meals. He enjoyed providing food to the shut-ins and candy to the children of the church. He is preceded in death by: his parents Joe and Eula Evans; and brother Daryll Evans. Mickey is survived by: wife of 25 years Jennifer; daughters: Cheyenne and Tori; brothers: Ronnie Joe, Greg and wife Valerie; nephew Chance; nieces Kindyll and Chelcea; great-nephew Rhett; aunt AnnaLee Ellis; special family and friends; Belinda and Jeff Smith, Jessica and son Graven Grubb; Elwood and Ruth Keck, Greg Crawford, Earl and Donna Flynn, Randall and Karen and children Kaitlyn and Brent Suffridge. The family will receive friends on Friday May 18th from 5-7 PM with a memorial service to follow, Rev. Larry Young and Rev. Glenn Suffridge officiating, at Holston Baptist Church, Andrew Johnson Highway in Strawberry Plains. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Holston Baptist Church Mission Fund, P.O.
