Edna Johnson Chapman, age 75 of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away Friday, January 29, 2021. She was a graduate of Norris High School. Edna loved spending time in the garden with her flowers and loved all animals, especially her "grand cats". She retired from Fairfield/Wyndam Resorts in Pigeon Forge, where she met one of the loves of her life, Fanny, an Amazon parrot. After retiring, Fanny was gifted to Edna because of the bond that had been created between them. They spent their days on top of English Mountain enjoying the sunshine and planting flowers. She found so much joy in reading her Bible and talked to God all the time. When people were in need of prayer, they called upon Edna. As friends and family would say, God would tell the angels, "Hold on, that's Edna on the line". She never met a stranger and brought peace to those that crossed her path.
