Earl Leon Franklin

Earl is preceded in death by his parents, Earl Estel and Marie Elizabeth Valentine Franklin; wife, Wilma Jean Brewer Franklin; son, Toby Dean Franklin and daughter, Sheryl Lynn Franklin. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Franklin; children, David and Susan Franklin; grandchildren, Jonathan and Zachary Franklin, Jennifer McCarter; great-grandchildren, Levi and Charlie McCarter; brother, Donald A. Franklin (Judy); sisters, Marian Moses and Joan Franklin Jones (L.C.).

A Memorial Service will be held for Earl at Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 am.
