PHILLIPS, DOUGLAS EUGENE - age 41 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord, Monday July 15, 2013. He was a talented musician, singer/song writer. Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, Kendria Phillips; loving cat, Riley; son, Dakota Phillips; parents, Larry Phillips and loving mother, Della Duncan; mother and father in law, Momma Jan and Daddy Jim; father in law and wife, Kenneth and Emma West; brother and sister in law, Michael and Seglinda Phillips; brothers in law Shane West and wife Katie and Cody Martin; many nieces and nephews; special niece, Libby Rose and special nephew, Shane Phillips; many aunts and uncles and cousins on both sides of the family and all of his musician friends; brothers. Funeral services will be held by Weaver Funeral Home 5815 Western Ave. Knoxville. The family will receive friends on Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and service following at 7:00 pm.
