Grigsby, Dorothy Marie “Dot”, age 95, of Powell, passed away on Wednesday February 11, 2015 at her home, 10 years to the day after her husband Malcolm. She was of the Methodist Faith, and was a 50 year member of the Eastern Star, and along with her husband was the owner of Malcolm’s Dairyland Drive-in on Clinton Highway. She was preceded in death by: husband Malcolm Grigsby; grandson Richard Keith Shirk; 6 brothers; 2 sisters; and parents Martin and Dora Mays. Survivors include: daughters: Patricia Green, Maxine Shirk; and Mary Jo and husband Victor Ferreros ;10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren ; sister Joyce Stevel; and several nieces and nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends on Friday February 13, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home. The Celebration of Dot’s life will be on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 12:00 PM with the Interment immediately following. Rev. Calvin Headrick officiating.
