Doris W. Conner

Conner, Doris Walker “Dot” age 89 of Knoxville passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014. She was a lifelong member of Inskip Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Buck Conner, her parents William and Rosalie Walker, sister Mable Ciarrochi, brothers Howard, Leo and Earl Walker. Survivors include daughters Patti Jones and Lee Ann Gregory, grandchildren Hillary (Lee) Bruner, Corporal Michael Corey Jones, Miranda and Morgan Gregory, great grandchildren Isabella Jones and Eden Gregory, sisters Helen Foster and Barbara Walker, a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staffs of Elmcroft Assisted Living of Halls, Wellspring Assisted Living of Powell and Tennova Residential Hospice of Halls. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 1-3pm in the Lynnhurst/Greenwood Chapel.
