Donna L. Daugherty

Donna Lou Daugherty, age 75, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on October 17,2022 after a long battle with dementia. Donna enjoyed spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, and camping in the Great Smoky Mountains. She was known by everyone as Nanny. The family knows she is singing and dancing with Mamaw Jones and Aunt Joyce in the heavens right now. Peace at last Nanny. We love you.

Donna is preceded in death by her mother, Stella Claudine Jones; her sister, Sheila Joyce Stevens and granddaughter, Kaylee Dawn who she finally gets to hold in her arms again.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela Denise and Lynn Miller; Son and daughter-in-law Michael Wayne and Tina Vineyard; Daughter and son-in-law Kimberly Michelle and Frank Camacho. Grandchildren; Sonya and Darren French, Rachel and Ryan Kidd, Tabatha and DJ Powell, Raven Vineyard, Allison Vineyard, Audrianna and Matthew Lavrrar, Elysia and Austin Young, Isabel Camacho; Great Grandchildren: Maranda Kidd, Jacob French, Nathan Kidd, Marissa Kidd, Cheyanne Kidd, Adalynn Lavrrar, Lucas French, Eleanor Lavrrar, Maisie Young.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 24, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. Family and friends will gather in Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 for an 11:00 AM graveside service.
