Dennis M. Watkins, age 77, of Knoxville, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 7, 2023. He was a proud US Navy veteran. Dennis retired from Y-12 and was an amateur radio operator also known as Ham radio. His call sign was W4DVD. Dennis was a professional photographer and photographed hundreds of weddings over the years.
Dennis was preceded in death parents, Roy and Catherine Watkins. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Rebecca Watkins; daughter, Jessica (Denis) Weber; step son, Daryl Pressley; grandchildren, Crystal (Matthew) Helton, Darla (Elee) Puckett, Dylan Taylor; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Richard Watkins; nephew, Daniel (Leanne) Watkins and family; sisters-in-law, Georgia (Ray Wells) Sellers and Margaret Evans; brothers-in-law, Tom (Sue) Treadway and John Treadway.
