David Franklin Mingie, Jr. of Knoxville, TN, passed away Wednesday January 25th. David was a very talented artist and loved God, his family and pets. He is preceded in death by older brother, Anthony and his grandparents.
David leaves behind his mother, Frances Nadine; father, David Franklin Sr.; sister, Beverly Dawn; nephew, Jesse and niece, Emily.
Family and friends will gather for a graveside service for David on Monday January 30, 2023 at 1:00pm at Berry Highland South, 9010 E. Simpson Road, Knoxville, TN 37920.
