Catherine (Tutti) Campbell Musick, 62, went to be with the Lord after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. She will remain in the hearts of all who knew her as a loving, caring and funny wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and lifelong friend.
Catherine grew up in Knoxville, a born and bred UT fan. She graduated from Bearden High School (1978) and attended the University of Tennessee. After college Catherine moved to Chattanooga, met her husband Don, built their life together, and raised their family for over 30 years. She was strong and active in many charitable and service organizations while supporting the Catholic communities of both Chattanooga and Knoxville. She grew up in and was a member of The Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Catherine’s career included managerial positions in retail, home health care, and most recently Berry Funeral Home.
Catherine is preceded in death by her husband Donald Ray Musick and her parents Worth and Betty Campbell.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Addison and Rachel; grandchildren Campbell, Lena and Reese; sisters Teri Campbell Balter (Rick), Missy (Mary) Campbell Morrow; and extended family.
Catherine approached her battle with cancer as she approached life with unmatched strength, a positive attitude, infectious smile, and unrelenting grace and poise. Her many lifelong friendships are a testament to the love, laughter, and encouragement she always gave to others.
While our hearts are breaking, we are filled with the joy of her impact on our lives. Her memory will always be a blessing.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. The funeral mass will take place Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 10:00 am at The Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, with burial to follow at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
