Carol Lynn Rudd, age 57, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021. For years she was a cook and worked at different locations in Knoxville. Preceded in death by sisters, Cherill Ann Dunford and Debby Pilkay; brother, Buddy Lee Pilkay; nieces, Jessica Lynn McCarter and Amanda Marie McCarter. Survived by husband, Gerald Michael Rudd; son, Michael Rudd; granddaughter, Trinity Elizabeth-Lyn Rudd; mother, JoeAnn Robertson;; sisters, Patricia Ann Haggard, Mary Elizabeth McCarter, and Diana Lynn Mitchell (William); several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 pm Tuesday at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Dr., Knoxville, TN. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Wednesday for the 11 am graveside service at Lynnhurst Cemetery with Pastor Bryant Padgett officiating.
