Betty Jean Shelton

Betty Jean Shelton, age 86, of Knoxville passed away November 8, 2017. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Shelton; son, Clyde Shelton and grandson, Lonnie Lineburger. Survived by sons; Wayne (Edna) Shelton, Timothy Shelton; daughter, Charlene (Richard) Ramsey; grandchildren, Rick Ramsey, Crystal (Chad) Graham, Russell (Danielle) Ramsey, Amber Ramsey, Paula Deaver, Karen Summers Cooper, Candy Shelton Rainey, Haley Turner, Lacey Honeycutt ; great-grandchildren, Natalie Ramsey, Michael Ramsey, Kaylee Graham. Family will receive friends Friday, November 10th at Weaver’s chapel from 5:00-7:00 pm with service to follow at 7:00 pm. Family and friends will meet 9:45 am Saturday at New Gray Cemetery for a 10:00 am interment.
